Since launching in 2023, we have supported startups, scale-ups, and established companies in streamlining their accounting, tax, and compliance needs. Our client base includes both bootstrapped and funding-backed startups with valuations of £3 million and above, all trusting us to manage their financial foundations. Our firm is built around a professional team of qualified Accountants with extensive practical experience across accounting, taxation, payroll, bookkeeping, VAT, and statutory compliance. We stay up to date with regulatory changes, industry developments, and best practices to ensure the advice we provide is timely, relevant, and aligned with current standards. We are also an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) registered with Companies House, allowing us to provide regulated corporate services in line with compliance requirements.

He is the Founder and Managing Director of Wings Online Filings and a
Chartered Accountant (ACA), qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2021. Since qualifying, he has worked with over 400 UK-based businesses, supporting founders, startups, and established companies with managing their finances, meeting tax obligations, and maintaining ongoing compliance.
He brings over five years of professional experience working closely with UK businesses across accounting, taxation, and financial compliance, supporting clients at different stages of growth and complexity.
He leads the team and remains closely involved in client work, overseeing delivery and ensuring high standards of accuracy, consistency, and service quality across the practice. His approach is focused on clarity and control, helping business owners understand their numbers, make informed decisions, and move forward with confidence, without unnecessary complexity or cost.
