How Wings Online Filings came about
Founded in London in 2023, built around one straightforward idea.
Pradhyuman Borana spent over seven years working with UK businesses before starting Wings Online Filings in 2023. He noticed that many small business owners — contractors, founders, sole traders — were paying for accounting services they didn’t fully understand, dealing with jargon-heavy reports and slow responses, and often making avoidable tax mistakes as a result. There was a clear gap for something more direct.
He set out to build an online practice that did two things well: handle the compliance accurately and on time, and explain the numbers clearly so clients actually understood their financial position. Fixed fees on the most common filings, published upfront. A direct line to the accountant doing the work — not a holding queue. No handoffs, no surprises on the invoice.
Today, Wings Online Filings works with sole traders, limited companies, contractors, property investors, e-commerce sellers, and funding-backed startups — some valued above £3 million, with founders featured in The Times and Entrepreneur.
