Corporation Tax Returns
Your CT600 filed correctly, on time, every year.
Every limited company has to file a corporation tax return, and HMRC expects it within nine months of your year end. Most directors find the CT600 the part of running a company they are least equipped to handle alone. We prepare the accounts, compute the tax, and submit everything — fixed fee of £250, qualified accountants, no surprises.
- CT600 and full tax computation prepared and filed for you
- Tax bill known well before the nine-month deadline
- Allowances and deductions reviewed to keep liability at the right level
- Submitted to both HMRC and Companies House in a single process
Fixed fee, no long-term contract. If the service is not right for you, you leave with a clean return filed and nothing outstanding.

Sound familiar?
Still not sure what your corporation tax bill will be?
Most limited company directors know the deadline exists. Far fewer know exactly what they owe, whether they have claimed every allowance available, or whether last year’s return was filed correctly. The CT600 is not complicated once you know what you are doing — but most business owners are not accountants, and the consequences of getting it wrong include penalties, interest, and HMRC correspondence that tends to compound.
- CT600 deadline approaching with no accounts prepared or filed
- Unsure whether the right allowances and deductions have been claimed
- Previous returns filed without professional review — now uncertain about accuracy
What a properly handled return looks like
Your accounts are prepared, the corporation tax is computed, and the CT600 is submitted to HMRC along with the statutory accounts to Companies House. You know the liability in advance, the allowances are reviewed, and the deadline is met without you chasing anything.
- Accounts prepared and CT600 submitted well ahead of the nine-month deadline
- All applicable allowances reviewed so the tax liability is accurate, not inflated
- Prior-year concerns addressed and any outstanding issues brought up to date
- Fixed fee of £250 — no variable hourly billing, no hidden charges
What limited companies say after filing
Clients across a range of industries, from consultancies to tech companies, on what it was like to have their accounts and corporation tax handled properly.
I had a great experience with Wings Online Filings Ltd. Prads, the owner, was fantastic — very communicative, fast, and professional throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly and gave genuine, helpful advice, which made things so much easier for me. Everything was done quickly and properly, with no stress at all.
Prads and his team are the best. Very professional, easy to work with, and always on hand to answer any questions we have. Cannot recommend them enough.
Everything the £250 fee covers
One fixed fee covers the full corporation tax compliance cycle — from preparing the accounts to final submission. No extras, no surprises.
Accounts Prepared to Statutory Standard
We prepare your Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet in the correct format for both HMRC and Companies House. For most small companies this means a micro-entity or abridged set of accounts, which limits what is publicly visible at Companies House while satisfying all legal requirements.
Included in £250CT600 and Tax Computation Filed
The corporation tax return (CT600) and the supporting tax computation are prepared and submitted to HMRC as part of the same process. Allowances such as the Annual Investment Allowance and any applicable reliefs are reviewed so the liability reflects what you actually owe — not a rough estimate.
Included in £250Tax Planning Included as Standard
Before the return is filed, we review the numbers for any planning opportunities — timing of expenses, director salary and dividend structuring, and anything else that affects the corporation tax charge. This is not an add-on service; it is part of how we approach every return.
Included in £250Consistent results across different businesses
From first-time directors filing their first return to established companies switching from a previous accountant, the experience tends to be the same: straightforward and on time.

Went Above and Beyond, Would Recommend 100%

Three reasons clients choose us over other online accountants
There are plenty of online accountancy services. Here is what is different about working with Wings.
The lowest price, matched in writing
The fixed fee for company accounts and corporation tax is £250. We are the best priced online accountancy practice in the UK, and we back that with a price match promise: show us a quote from any business with a lower price and we will match it. You should not be paying more for a qualified service.
The numbers explained, not just filed
Most accountants send you a set of accounts and a tax figure and leave you to work out what it means. We explain your P&L, your balance sheet position, and your tax liability in plain terms before filing. You leave the process understanding your numbers, not just signing them off.
Qualified accountants, properly regulated
The work is done by qualified accountants, and Wings Online Filings is an Authorised Corporate Service Provider registered with Companies House. We are also HMRC AML supervised and hold professional indemnity insurance. These are not marketing claims — they are verifiable registrations that any reputable practice should hold.
Your return sorted in four straightforward steps
From first contact to filed return, most clients find the process takes considerably less of their time than they expected.
Get a quote in minutes
Fill in the short form on this page and we will confirm the fixed fee for your return, usually the same day. For most limited companies, the fee is £250. If your situation is more complex, we will say so upfront.
Share your records with us
Send us your bank statements, any existing bookkeeping, and the prior year accounts if you have them. If your records are in reasonable shape, this is all we need. If they are not, we will let you know what the catch-up involves before we start.
We prepare and review everything
We prepare the accounts, compute the corporation tax, and review the numbers for any applicable allowances or reliefs. Before anything is filed, we send you a clear summary so you can see exactly what the liability is and why.
Filed — and your deadline is clear
Once you approve, the CT600 goes to HMRC and the statutory accounts go to Companies House. You get confirmation of both, your next deadline noted, and considerably less to think about until this time next year.
“Incredible service and really affordable support for small businesses. Super quick and clear communication, and very reliable. Really loved working with them, highly recommend.”
What people usually ask before getting started
Does the CT600 filing include both HMRC and Companies House submission?
Yes. The £250 fee covers preparation of the statutory accounts and the CT600 corporation tax return, with submission to both HMRC and Companies House as part of the same process. You do not need to file separately with each body or manage two separate deadlines — we handle both together.
What exactly is included in the £250 fixed fee?
The fee covers preparation of your Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet, the CT600 and supporting tax computation, submission to HMRC and Companies House, and a review of applicable allowances and reliefs to ensure the liability is accurate. There are no separate charges for queries during the process. If your situation involves something materially more complex — for instance, group structures or R&D claims — we will say so before we start.
My bookkeeping is not in great shape. Can you still prepare the return?
Yes, and this is fairly common. If the records need tidying before we can prepare accurate accounts, we will tell you what the additional catch-up work involves and what it costs before doing anything. Most clients who come to us with incomplete records find it is less of an issue than they expected. We work with Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, and Sage, or we can work from bank statements and spreadsheets if that is what you have.
Is there a minimum contract or lock-in?
No. The corporation tax and accounts service is a one-off annual fee each year. There is no retainer, no minimum term, and no cancellation charge. You engage us for the year, we file the return, and whether you come back the following year is entirely your decision. We find most clients do, but we have no interest in holding anyone in place.
What happens if HMRC queries or investigates the return after it has been filed?
HMRC can open an enquiry into any return within a set window — usually 12 months from the filing date for a straightforward enquiry. If that happens, we handle the correspondence and provide the information HMRC requires. For more complex investigations, we can advise on whether specialist representation is warranted. We carry professional indemnity insurance, so if an error on our part causes a problem, you are covered.
How far in advance can I know what my corporation tax bill will be?
We aim to have accounts prepared and reviewed well before the nine-month filing deadline — for most clients, that means knowing the liability three to four months after the year end rather than the night before it is due. Knowing the number early matters: it affects how you manage cash flow, when you make director drawings, and whether there are any year-end planning adjustments worth making. Getting the return done early is one of the simpler things a business can do to avoid a surprise bill.
