Is there a long-term contract or minimum commitment?+

No long-term contract. Payroll is provided on a rolling monthly basis and you can give notice at any time. If you leave, your payroll records are returned to you in a format that any other provider or software can pick up. You will not be locked in and you will not leave empty-handed.

Can you manage pension auto-enrolment if we have not set it up yet?+

Yes. If auto-enrolment is new to your business, we can advise on your staging date, help you choose a suitable pension provider, and manage the ongoing contribution submissions once a scheme is in place. Missing auto-enrolment deadlines attracts fixed-penalty notices from The Pensions Regulator — it is one of those obligations that is much easier to stay on top of than to fix retrospectively.

Can payroll be combined with bookkeeping or accounts to reduce the overall cost?+

Yes. Many clients use us for payroll alongside bookkeeping, VAT returns, or year-end accounts and corporation tax. Taking multiple services through one firm keeps your financial records consistent and typically reduces the overall cost compared to using separate providers.
