Self Assessment Accountant London

Your self assessment tax return, handled.

  • Know your tax bill well before HMRC sends the reminder
  • Every applicable allowance and relief claimed as standard
  • Multiple income sources handled without extra hassle
  • Filed accurately and on time — penalties off the table

No long-term contract. If the service is not right for you after your first return, you leave with a filed, compliant tax return and nothing further owed.

Fast, Communicative Personal Filing

“Prads was very fast and communicative with my personal annual filing.”

Sound familiar?

Still not sure what your tax bill will be this year?

For most London sole traders, directors, and freelancers, self assessment sits on a to-do list until January — then becomes a rush. Income from multiple sources makes it harder to know what to declare. Allowances get missed. Payments on account catch people off guard. None of this needs to happen.

  • January deadline approaching with records still not in order
  • Unsure which income sources to declare or how to report them
  • No visibility on the tax bill until HMRC calculates it for you

What a filed return actually looks like

We handle the preparation and submission end to end. You send us your figures, we do the rest — SA100 and SA302 prepared, allowances applied, filed on time. Your tax liability is clear well before the due date.

  • We handle the filing before the deadline pressure builds
  • All income sources — employment, rental, dividends, freelance — reported correctly
  • Your tax bill calculated and explained in plain terms, not discovered late
  • Fixed £150 one-off fee — no surprises, no ongoing commitment required

What you get

Everything in the £150 self assessment fee

One fixed fee covers the full return from preparation through to HMRC submission — no add-ons, no hourly billing, no surprises at the end.

01

SA100 and SA302 Prepared

Your personal tax return is prepared in full, covering employment income, self-employment, rental income, dividends, and any other sources. The SA302 tax calculation gives you a clear summary of what you owe and why. Nothing is filed until you have reviewed and approved it.

Included in £150
02

Allowances and Reliefs Claimed

We apply every allowance and relief you are entitled to — personal allowance, trading allowances, marriage allowance, pension contributions, and more. Payments on account are explained so the January bill is not a surprise the following year. Missed reliefs mean overpaid tax, and that is avoidable.

Included in £150
03

Filed On Time With HMRC

Your completed return is submitted directly to HMRC before the deadline, with confirmation sent to you. Late filing penalties start at £100 and increase quickly — once filed, that risk is gone. We track the deadline and handle the submission, so you do not have to.

Why Wings Online Filings

Why London clients choose us for self assessment

There are plenty of accountants in London. Here is what makes this practice worth calling.

💷

Fixed £150, No Surprises

The fee is £150 and covers everything from preparation through to HMRC submission. No hourly rate that climbs as complexity increases, no bolt-on charges for multiple income sources. If you find a lower published price from another UK accountancy firm, we will match it.

📋

Multiple Income Sources, Handled

Employment income, self-employment profit, rental income, dividends, capital gains — all reported correctly in a single return. Many London professionals earn across several streams and find that most accountants treat each one as an extra. We do not.

🗓️

Your Tax Bill, Visible in Advance

We do not file and leave you to work out the number later. Your tax liability is explained in plain terms before submission — including what you owe, when it is due, and how payments on account affect the following year. Less of the January dread.

Getting started

Up and running in four steps

The process takes minutes to start. Most clients are filed and confirmed within a few weeks of getting in touch.

1

Get a quote in minutes

Complete the short quote form on this page. We will respond the same day with your fixed fee and what we need from you. No commitment at this stage — just a clear answer to what it costs.

2

Send us your information

We provide a simple checklist of what to gather: P60s, rental statements, dividend vouchers, invoices, or whatever applies to your situation. You do not need to organise anything — we work with what you have.

3

We prepare and review

Your SA100 and SA302 are prepared and sent to you for approval. We explain the tax calculation in plain English — what the figure is, how it was arrived at, and when payment is due.

4

Filed and done

Once you approve, we submit directly to HMRC and send you confirmation. Your tax return is on record, the deadline is met, and there is considerably less to think about for the rest of the year.

Questions

What people ask before getting started

I have income from employment, a rental property, and some freelance work. Can you handle all of that in one return?+

Yes. A single self assessment return covers all your income sources — PAYE employment, rental income, self-employment profit, dividends, capital gains, and anything else that needs declaring. We reconcile each source correctly and apply the relevant reliefs. You will not need to explain how each type of income works before getting a useful answer.

What does the £150 fee include and are there any additional charges?+

The £150 fixed fee covers preparation of your SA100 and SA302, income from multiple sources, claiming applicable allowances and reliefs, advice on payments on account, and submission to HMRC. There are no add-on charges for complexity or additional income streams. If your situation is unusually involved — for example, a business disposal with a capital gains calculation — we will tell you before you commit, not after.

My records are not in great shape. Is that a problem?+

It is common, and it is manageable. We work with what you have — bank statements, invoices, P60s, and whatever else exists. If records need organising before we can prepare the return accurately, we will tell you what is needed and keep it straightforward. Arriving with books in some state of disarray is not unusual. Leaving with a filed, accurate return is the outcome either way.

Do I have to commit to an ongoing service or is this a one-off?+

It is entirely your choice. The self assessment service is available as a one-off annual engagement — you pay the fixed fee for your return, we file it, and there is no ongoing contract. Many clients come back the following year because it is easier than finding someone new, but there is no lock-in and nothing further owed once your return is filed.

I missed a previous tax year and have not filed. Can you help with late or outstanding returns?+

Yes. Outstanding returns from previous tax years can be prepared and submitted, and we can help establish what penalties may have already accrued so you know where you stand before engaging with HMRC. Each year is a separate engagement with its own fee. Getting them filed is nearly always better than leaving them outstanding — HMRC’s penalties and interest continue to accumulate.

Can you tell me in advance what my tax bill is likely to be, not just after you have filed?+

Yes, and that is part of what we do as standard. Before submitting your return, we provide you with the calculated tax figure and explain how it is made up. If you are subject to payments on account — which can catch people out — we explain what those are, when they fall due, and how they affect your cash flow in the months after filing. You will not be left to discover the number on your online HMRC account.
