Urgent Self Assessment Service
Your tax return filed, quickly.
The self assessment deadline does not move, and HMRC’s £100 late filing penalty applies from day one. You share your income details, we prepare and submit your SA100 — fixed fee of £150, qualified accountants, done in days.
- Know your tax bill well before HMRC sends the reminder
- Filed with HMRC for a fixed £150 — nothing added on top
- Multiple income sources handled without the back-and-forth
- Late filing penalties avoided with time to spare
No long-term contract required. If the return is not right, we correct it — which is considerably more useful than discovering the problem after the deadline.

Sound familiar?
Deadline closer than you would like?
Most people only think about their self assessment when the date is uncomfortably near. The longer it sits, the heavier it feels — and if it tips past 31 January, HMRC charges £100 before you have even logged in. With the right income information in hand, most returns take far less time than people expect.
- ✕ Deadline approaching and no clear idea where your income figures are
- ✕ Unsure which expenses are allowable or what you actually owe
- ✕ A previous year’s return outstanding and penalties already accumulating
What a filed return looks like
You share your income details. We prepare the SA100, identify your allowances and reliefs, and file with HMRC. For most clients, the return is completed within days of receiving the information.
- ✓ Income figures pulled together quickly — clear guidance on exactly what is needed
- ✓ Allowable expenses identified and claimed — your bill is accurate, not overpaid
- ✓ Return filed, HMRC confirmation received — penalties avoided
- ✓ Fixed fee of £150 — no hourly rate, no surprises on the invoice
What people say about urgent filings
From sole traders to directors, clients regularly come to us close to a deadline — and leave with their return filed and considerably less to worry about.
Prads was very fast and communicative with my personal annual filing.
He explained everything clearly and gave genuine, helpful advice, which made things so much easier for me. Everything was done quickly and properly, with no stress at all.
Everything the £150 fee covers
One fixed fee, no add-ons. The SA100 preparation, allowances, HMRC submission, and payments-on-account advice are all included as standard.
SA100 and SA302 Preparation
We prepare your personal tax reports in full — SA100 and SA302 — covering employment, self-employment, rental, investment, and other income sources. You do not need to know which boxes to fill in; that is our job. The completed return is reviewed before submission.
Included at £150Allowances, Reliefs, and Planning
Most people leave money on the table by missing legitimate allowances. We apply every applicable relief — from business expenses to personal allowance optimisation — so your tax liability is correct, not inflated. Advice on payments on account is included so the next bill does not catch you off guard.
Included as standardHMRC Submission and Confirmation
Your return is filed directly with HMRC and we send you confirmation once it is done. If HMRC comes back with a query, we handle the correspondence. The deadline is met — and you have a record to keep.
Included as standardConsistent results across different clients
From first-time filers to experienced business owners, the same pattern comes back: clear communication, quick turnaround, and no unpleasant surprises.
Professional, Efficient, Confidence Everything Is Handled
“Professional, efficient, confidence that everything is taken care of.”
Extremely Patient, Met the Deadlines
“Prads was extremely patient and supportive to meet the deadlines and offered specialised advice on company matters. Thank you for your expedient delivery and diligence.”
Patient, Knowledgeable, Responsive Throughout
“Prads and the team made filing our accounts so easy. They were patient, knowledgeable, responsive and good to work with. We would highly recommend them.”
What sets us apart from a generic filing service
Anyone can say they file tax returns. Here is what actually makes a difference when the deadline is close.
Fast Turnaround, No Chasing
We work to your timeline, not a queue. Once we have your income information, most returns are prepared and ready to submit within days. You are not waiting on a callback or chasing progress — the work gets done.
£150 Fixed Fee, No Surprises
The price is £150 and it does not change based on how complex your income is or how close the deadline is. If you find a lower published price from another UK accountancy firm, we will match it. That is the price match promise.
Plain English, Not Jargon
We explain your tax position in terms that make sense — what you owe, why, and when. You leave the process knowing your numbers, not just knowing that something was filed. That is more useful than it sounds, particularly if payments on account are coming up.
Your return filed in four steps
The process is designed to be straightforward. Most clients are surprised at how little is required from them once we get started.

Share your income details
We send a simple checklist of what to provide — P60s, invoices, bank summaries, rental statements, or whatever applies to your situation. You do not need to have it perfectly organised; we work with what you have.
We prepare and review
Our qualified accountants prepare your SA100, identify applicable allowances and reliefs, and present the return to you for approval before anything is filed. You see your tax figure before HMRC does.
Filed — and you are done
We submit to HMRC and send you the confirmation. The deadline is behind you. You know what you owe and when it is due. That is, frankly, the way it should be.
“Working with Wings Online Filings Ltd has been an absolute pleasure. They are highly communicative, supportive, and provide a responsive, cost-effective service that perfectly suits my small architecture practice. I switched from another accountant about a year ago and haven’t looked back since.”
What people ask before getting started
How quickly can you actually file my return if the deadline is close?
In most cases, once we have the information we need from you, the return is prepared and submitted within two to three working days. We have filed returns for clients with less than a week to go. The main variable is how quickly you can provide your income details — we provide a clear checklist to make that as straightforward as possible.
What does the £150 fee include and are there any extras?
The £150 covers preparation of your SA100 and SA302, identification of allowances and reliefs, advice on payments on account, and submission to HMRC. There are no hourly charges added on top and the fee does not increase because your income is complex or the deadline is near. If you have a particularly involved situation — multiple overseas income sources, for example — we will say so upfront before you commit.
My records are a bit disorganised. Can you still help?
Yes, and it is not unusual. Most clients arrive with paperwork in some state of disarray — a mix of bank statements, payslips, receipts, and figures they are not entirely sure about. We provide a clear list of what we need, work through what you can supply, and flag anything missing before we start. Catch-up work on prior years is also available if more than one return is outstanding.
Do I have to sign up to an ongoing service or is this genuinely one-off?
It is genuinely one-off. You pay £150 for your self assessment return and that is the end of the transaction if you want it to be. There is no contract, no minimum term, and nothing that renews automatically. Many clients do come back the following year, but that is their choice.
I have income from employment, freelance work, and rental property. Can you handle all of that in one return?
Yes. The SA100 covers multiple income sources and the £150 fixed fee applies regardless of how many you have. Employment income, self-employment, rental income, savings interest, dividends — all of it is included. If you also need capital gains reporting, that may attract an additional charge, which we would confirm before starting.
Will I know what my tax bill is before you file, and can you help me plan for the payment?
You will see your full tax calculation before anything is submitted to HMRC. We go through the figure with you, explain how it is arrived at, and cover payments on account if they apply — so the July and January bills the following year do not come as a surprise. Knowing what is coming is considerably more useful than finding out from an HMRC statement.
