Accountant for Limited Companies
Qualified limited company accountant. Fixed at £250.
Running a limited company means annual accounts, a CT600, and a confirmation statement every year — whether you are trading actively or not. Most accountants charge far more than they need to for this. We charge £250 for the full package: company accounts, corporation tax return, and submission to both HMRC and Companies House. Qualified accountants, ACSP-registered with Companies House, and a price match promise if you find lower.
- Company accounts and CT600 filed for a fixed £250 annual fee
- Confirmation statement filed separately for £70 — no hidden extras
- Deadlines monitored so late-filing penalties do not catch you out
- Plain-English explanations of your tax position, not just the filing
Show us a lower quote from another regulated accountancy firm and we will match it. No lock-in contract — if it is not working, you leave with clean, filed accounts and nothing outstanding.

Sound familiar?
Paying too much for a filing that takes an hour?
Most limited company owners need the same things every year: annual accounts, a corporation tax return, and a confirmation statement. The compliance is straightforward for the majority of small companies, yet accountancy fees rarely reflect that. You are either paying a monthly retainer for services you do not use, or hunting for a quote that nobody will actually put in writing.
- Paying a monthly retainer when you only need one or two annual filings
- No idea what the bill will be until the invoice arrives after the work
- Chasing your accountant for updates while deadlines quietly approach
What sorted looks like for a limited company
Fixed fees, published upfront, for the filings most limited companies actually need. Your accounts are prepared by a qualified accountant, reviewed, and submitted to HMRC and Companies House — with your tax position explained in plain terms along the way.
- One fixed annual fee — no retainer, no surprise invoice at year-end
- Price confirmed before any work begins — in writing, not on request
- Deadlines tracked and filing completed ahead of time, not at the wire
- Company Accounts and CT600 for £250 — price match promise included

Everything your limited company needs, annually
Three core filings keep a limited company compliant each year. Each is priced separately and clearly — you only pay for what you need.
Company Accounts and Tax Return
Your year-end accounts (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet), corporation tax computation, and CT600 are prepared and submitted to both HMRC and Companies House for a fixed £250. Tax planning is included — your liability is reviewed before submission, not after. You will know your tax bill well before HMRC sends the demand.
Fixed fee — £250Confirmation Statement Filing
Every limited company must file a confirmation statement (CS01) once a year to confirm its registered details with Companies House. We handle the review, preparation, and submission for a fixed £70. Miss it and the company faces a strike-off notice — we track the due date so you do not have to.
Fixed fee — £70Dormant Company Accounts
If your company has not traded during the period, it still needs dormant accounts filed with Companies House and HMRC notified accordingly. We prepare and submit everything for £50 — a straightforward compliance obligation handled without fuss.
Fixed fee — £50Consistently the same experience, every time
From first-time directors to established companies — the feedback covers the same things: fast turnaround, clear communication, and a price that matches the work involved.
Accounts Together Quickly, Weight Off Mind

Went Above and Beyond, Fixed My Mistakes

Great Confidence in Reliable, Prompt Delivery
“I have great confidence in this company delivering services reliably and promptly.”
What makes this different from other online accountants
There are plenty of accountants who will file your limited company accounts. Fewer will tell you the price upfront, explain your tax position in plain terms, and be reachable when you have a question.
Fixed price, published before you commit
Company accounts and CT600 are £250. Confirmation statement is £70. Dormant accounts are £50. These prices are listed openly — no quote required, no negotiation. If you find a lower price from another regulated accountancy firm, we will match it. That is the promise in plain terms.
Qualified accountants, not a filing portal
The work is done by a qualified chartered accountant with over seven years of experience supporting UK limited companies. Wings is also an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) registered with Companies House. You are not uploading documents into a system and hoping for the best — a qualified professional reviews the numbers before anything is submitted.
Numbers explained, not just filed
Receiving your accounts as a PDF and being told to sign them is not particularly useful. We explain what the figures mean: what your tax bill is, why, and whether anything can be done about it before the deadline passes. Plain English throughout — no jargon, no assumption that you already know.
Up and running in four straightforward steps
Getting your limited company accounts handled properly does not require a long onboarding process. Most clients are set up and confirmed within a day or two.
Request a quote or get in touch
Use the form on this page or call 020 8089 1876. Tell us your company name and the period you need covered. For standard limited company accounts, the price is already fixed — the quote confirms your specific requirements and timeline.
Share your financial records
You send us your bookkeeping, bank statements, or whatever records you have for the period. If things are not in perfect order, that is not unusual — we will let you know what is needed and work with what you have. Catch-up work is available if required.
We prepare and review everything
Your accounts are prepared, the CT600 is calculated, and your tax position is reviewed. You receive a clear summary of the figures — including your tax liability — before anything is submitted. You approve; we file.
Filed, confirmed, and done
Submissions go to HMRC and Companies House. You receive confirmation of both. Your deadlines are clear, your records are in order, and you know exactly where your company stands financially. Which is, frankly, the way it should be.
“Professional, efficient, confidence that everything is taken care of.”
Answers to what limited company directors usually ask
What exactly is included in the £250 company accounts and tax return fee?
The fee covers preparation of your Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet, the corporation tax computation, the CT600 return, and submission to both HMRC and Companies House. Tax planning to identify any available reliefs is also included — not charged separately. The confirmation statement (CS01) is a separate filing at £70, as it has its own annual deadline and is a distinct obligation.
Are there any additional charges on top of the fixed fee?
Not for standard limited company accounts. The £250 is the fee for company accounts and CT600, full stop. If your bookkeeping needs significant catch-up work before the accounts can be prepared, that would be quoted separately and agreed upfront. Ongoing services such as VAT returns, payroll, and monthly bookkeeping are quoted based on your requirements — nothing is added without your agreement.
My accounts are a bit of a mess — can you still help?
Yes, and this is not unusual. Directors often come to us mid-year or after a period where records have not been kept properly. We will review what you have and tell you clearly what is missing and what it will take to get things in order before the accounts are prepared. Catch-up bookkeeping is available, quoted separately, and done before the annual accounts work begins.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No long-term contract for one-off annual filing services. You instruct us for the period, we complete the work, and that is the extent of the commitment. If you want ongoing monthly support — bookkeeping, VAT, payroll — those arrangements are discussed separately, and you are not locked in to anything you did not ask for.
Can you file for a company that has not yet submitted previous years’ accounts?
Yes. If you have overdue accounts or late CT600 returns, we can work backwards through the periods needed. Late accounts attract automatic penalties from Companies House, so the sooner things are filed the better — but the situation is manageable and recoverable. We will assess what is outstanding and give you a clear view of penalties already accrued before any work begins.
How far in advance will I know what my corporation tax bill is?
Once your accounts are drafted and the CT600 is calculated, you will see your tax liability before we submit anything. Corporation tax for most small companies is due nine months and one day after the end of the accounting period, so there is usually time to plan for the payment. If your situation allows for any legitimate reliefs or timing adjustments, we will flag those at the review stage — not after submission.
