Sound familiar?
Not sure where your limited company actually stands?
Most limited company directors know they need to file accounts and pay corporation tax each year. Fewer know their liability in advance, which deadlines apply to them, or what the confirmation statement actually requires. The paperwork builds up, the deadlines creep closer, and the cost of getting it wrong is rarely obvious until it arrives.
- Corporation tax bill unknown until the accountant sends the invoice
- Confirmation statement deadline missed or filed with incorrect details
- Year-end scramble trying to pull records together at the last minute
What a sorted limited company looks like
Your accounts, tax return, and filings are handled on a fixed, predictable fee. Deadlines are tracked. Your corporation tax position is clear months before it is due. You are told what has been filed, what it means, and what comes next.
- Corporation tax calculated and explained clearly, well before the due date
- Confirmation statement reviewed, updated, and submitted accurately each year
- Records collected and organised by us so year-end is not a crisis
- Fixed £250 annual fee for company accounts and CT600, no surprises

Prads and the team made filing our accounts so easy. They were patient, knowledgeable, responsive and good to work with. We would highly recommend them. Thanks Prads!
Prads has been exemplary in assisting with all the paperwork and guiding me to access the relevant codes from Companies House to facilitate submission of both Accounts and HMRC tax information.

What makes this practice worth switching to
Three things that clients mention consistently, and that we can actually back up.
Fixed fees, published upfront
Company accounts and corporation tax return: £250. Confirmation statement: £70. Dormant accounts: £50. These are fixed, one-off annual fees with no add-ons for straightforward work. If your situation is more complex, we quote before starting, so you know the cost before committing.
ACSP-registered with Companies House
Wings Online Filings is an Authorised Corporate Service Provider registered with Companies House and AML-supervised by HMRC. That means your company secretarial filings are handled by a firm that is formally recognised for this work, not one that simply logs in on your behalf.
Numbers explained, not just filed
You receive a plain-English summary of what was filed, what your tax position is, and what to expect next. Most clients say they understand their finances better within a few months of working with us, which is rather the point.
Up and running in four straightforward steps
Most clients are set up within a few days. The process is designed to take as little of your time as possible.

We Collect What We Need
Once you confirm, we ask for the documents required: bank statements, previous accounts, a record of income and expenses. If your records are incomplete, we will tell you what is missing and how to find it. No guesswork on your part.
We Prepare and Review With You
Your accounts and tax return are prepared accurately and sent to you for review before anything is submitted. We explain the figures in plain terms and answer any questions before you sign off.
Filed, Confirmed, and Done
Everything is submitted to HMRC and Companies House. You receive confirmation of what was filed and when. Your next deadline is logged, and we will be in touch well before it arrives.
“Professional, efficient, confidence that everything is taken care of.”
Things limited company directors usually ask us
Do you handle the filing directly with HMRC and Companies House, or do I need to do anything myself?
We handle the submission to both HMRC and Companies House on your behalf. As an Authorised Corporate Service Provider registered with Companies House, we are set up to file directly. You review and approve before anything is submitted, but the actual filing is done by us.
What exactly is included in the £250 annual fee?
The £250 fixed fee covers preparation of your Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet, the CT600 corporation tax return and computation, submission to both HMRC and Companies House, and a review of your tax position to identify any available reliefs. It does not include bookkeeping, VAT returns, or payroll, which are quoted separately based on your requirements.
My records are not in great shape. Can you still help, and what will it cost?
Yes. We carry out catch-up bookkeeping as a separate piece of work before preparing your accounts. The cost depends on how many months need to be reconciled and how complete your records are. We will tell you exactly what the catch-up fee is before starting, so there are no surprises.
Is there a minimum contract, or can I use you just for the annual accounts?
There is no minimum contract and no lock-in. The fixed-fee services are one-off annual engagements. Many clients stay with us year after year, but that is their choice, not a contractual requirement. If you decide to leave, you leave with your filed accounts and all your records.
My company is dormant. Do I still need to file anything?
Yes. Even a dormant limited company must file dormant accounts with Companies House and, in most cases, notify HMRC of its dormant status. We handle dormant company accounts for a fixed £50 annual fee, which covers preparation of the balance sheet and filing to Companies House.
How far in advance will I know what my corporation tax bill is going to be?
Once your year-end records are complete and your accounts are prepared, you will know your corporation tax liability before anything is submitted to HMRC. For most clients this means knowing the figure several weeks ahead of the payment deadline, giving you time to plan the payment without a last-minute scramble.
